With the aim of strengthening the link between Palazzo Rodio ArtHouse&Holidays, the territory and the artists who have contributed to its growth with exhibitions, shows and collaborations, a new concept is born: Palazzo Rodio Art-Boutique.
The entrance hall, structured as a small art gallery, is now welcoming guests with the exhibition of works by internationally renowned artists and ambassadors of Apulian and Italian excellence in the world. Palazzo Rodio, with its architecture, flats and exteriors, is the setting for the works on display.
A bookshop, a small Bookique, and comfortable seating make the lobby a place of relaxation for the eyes and mind.
Palazzo Rodio Art-Boutique is a concept designed for travellers and art lovers for whom a holiday is also a cultural experience. An exhibition-market of art, history and stories in which guests can purchase the works on display or be put in direct contact with the artists, who you can learn more about through a quick link to their websites via QR Code.
Tradition, uniqueness, attention to detail in the discovery of a magical land, rich in history and culture. Hospitality and warmth from the first time you enter Palazzo Rodio, elegance and emotions capable of transmitting pleasure, a desire for beauty and relaxation, knowledge of the territory, its traditions and history.
THE ARTIST
Arianna Greco
https://ariannagrecoarte.wordpress.com/
Arianna Greco is the artist who, in 2012, created Arte Enoica, a painting technique that involves using wine instead of traditional colours on canvas. Over time, the wine oxidises on the canvas as it would in a barrique or bottle, changing colour from the bright reds typical of young wines to the mature colours typical of aged wines and specific to each grape variety. Once the change has taken place, the colour is “fixed” through a process whose secret is jealously guarded by the artist. Right from the start, the Italian and foreign press compared her works to Dorian Gray’s painting. Arianna Greco is one of the most eclectic artists on the international art scene, winner, among other things, of the 34th European Award for Tourism in Croatia at the 19th FilmTourFestival, an award received in the past by personalities such as Franco Zeffirelli, Gualtiero Marchesi and Paul Bocuse.
Always attentive to the promotion of her homeland, this technique makes Arianna one of the most appreciated artists on the international scene.
An intense artistic activity, full of awards and recognitions, to which is added the Vice-Presidency of DiversArte, a Cultural Association with a Festival promoting Art as a means of communication in the field of diversity. But above all, it is an activity which, through enthusiasm and curiosity about a particular artistic form, brings out the good and the beautiful in everyone, bringing together Brazil, Russia, China, Uruguay and the USA around a paintbrush and a glass of wine.

“My hobby is my job! In fact, my photo lab is called Hobby Foto! That’s why, as soon as I can, I travel around the world with the curiosity of someone who wants to discover new scenarios and the passion of someone who loves photography. A passion that since 2009 has allowed me to participate and be among the winners or finalists in numerous competitions.
When I can’t travel the world, I enjoy capturing images of the beautiful town in Puglia where I live: Ostuni!”
FRANCESCA FOSSATI
“I see fashion as a chance to make every woman unique, how? By interpreting it”.
I am Francesca Fossati, I was born and raised in Monza, but since I was a child I have loved the “White City”, that magical Ostuni which is now my second home. My Atelier could only be present in both cities. My passion for fashion began as a child when I watched my grandmother work as a seamstress. After my art studies, I worked in microelectronics, running the family business, while maintaining close ties with the art world and in 1996 I founded the Fatto ad Arte Gallery. In 2008 I decided to live my dream and, studying with great masters, I dedicated heart and soul to the world of High Fashion.
I firmly and rigorously believe in the uniqueness and quality of the handmade article.
My motto? “True luxury is the uniqueness that tells us”.
Creating and making clothes is my way of interpreting and communicating:
Fashion is Art, the Art of Making

Palazzo Rodio
Palazzo Rodio is one of the most beautiful 19th century buildings in Ostuni, described by A. Sozzi in his book “Ostuni: Stemmi, blasoni, epigrafi” as “an island between the buildings” with a “sumptuous and magnificent façade”. It has large flats built without modifying the original structure but equipped with all comforts and services, large terraces, private parking and relaxing garden with citrus and fruit trees. The palace is a few hundred metres from the town centre and is about 5 km from the sea.
